ThinkBauTech connected owner requirements, designers, contractors and international supply chains. The early phase combined a Vienna residential pilot with expansion into Czech and Caribbean markets and European contracting.

I established and led the Turks and Caicos project company. Public roles also include Managing Director of ThinkBauTech CZ from September 2019 and Managing Director of TBT GmbH from April 2026, following the CTO mandate from May 2022. These are distinct company histories, not one uninterrupted legal entity.

The businesses’ role is development and technical leadership. Specific confidential recent mandates are represented through capabilities and public role information.
