Prague region — a house built from prefabricated panels

I directed the delivery of the Velká Dobrá residential project near Prague. The construction system used prefabricated panels made with compressed straw and fermented clay, bringing material choices directly into design, production and site planning.

My work joined design coordination, panel production, transport and construction. Ten numbered truck-shipment batches between March and April 2019 document the logistics required to move the system from manufacture into site assembly.
