Forte dei Marmi — villa reconstruction

The mandate covered reconstruction of a villa in Ronchi, on the Tuscan coast near Forte dei Marmi. I managed the project within a turnkey delivery scope, coordinating design information, specialist packages, procurement and site execution.

The work joined the building envelope, roof and windows with heating, cooling, ventilation and renewable-energy systems. Interior interfaces, stairs, landscaping and pool requirements were coordinated within the wider project brief.

My 2023–2025 mandate reached shell-and-core before the client stopped the project. The opening image is a landscape and architectural design proposal. The gallery moves from the existing villa in August 2023 to reconstruction photographs from October 2024.
