Turks & Caicos — Third Turtle Resort & Marina

I worked on the owner-side development and technical coordination of Third Turtle Resort & Marina.

Third Turtle Resort & Marina brought together a resort site of approximately 6.88 ha, Waldorf Astoria / Hilton requirements and an international consultant team. The September 2017 programme proposed 140 keys.

The mandate connected architecture, structure and building services with food and beverage, public spaces, environmental assessment, local infrastructure, logistics and cost planning. Hilton required MARKZEFF for guest-room interiors; the project team was to coordinate with the studio.

Detailed Development Permission was granted on 11 May 2018. The case presents development preparation and operator/design coordination. Resort images are proposals, not photographs of a completed hotel.
