Specialist companies with their own markets

Sandrobud provided general contracting, commercial fit-out and building-services coordination. FES supplied full-cycle façade engineering and delivery. Tech Facade provided surveys, technical design, detailing and production drawings. ThinkBauTech developed European development and contracting activity.

I defined what each company sold, how it was organised and how it entered the market. Each could win and deliver its own contracts; the companies could also combine on larger projects.

The operating base expanded into Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany and Turks and Caicos. Later recognition included ThinkBauTech’s inclusion in Construction Tech Review’s European project-management provider coverage in 2021.
