HDN3 at Haydngasse 3 brings a historic residential property in the centre of Bruck an der Leitha into a programme of renewal and development. The property was acquired through TBT GmbH in 2022.

My work connects development strategy, technical and heritage coordination, design and planning interfaces, and management of the existing residential asset. The programme considers the relationship between the historic building, its courtyard and additional housing.

The existing residential property and the proposed extension are different stages of my programme. The gallery brings together the courtyard and terrace proposals with an interior concept for the historic part, prepared by BAIERZDORF STUDIO in August 2024. These are design visualisations, not photographs of completed interiors.
