Small businesses, complete products
Coffee, bistro and café formats developed from the service offer through to operation.
CuppyBar, Tartateka, Yourz Bistro, Sidi Room and the park formats connected recipe and service standards, assortment economics, identity, interiors and equipment. These were operating businesses as well as physical fit-outs.
CuppyBar developed its own blend, brewing and service standards and was trading from 2020. Tartateka followed a 67.46 m² design project dated November 2020 and operated from 2021. For Yourz Bistro, the restaurateur was selected, the deal structured and delivery to opening handled by my companies.
Sidi Room operated inside Innovation Kitchen. Sad and Hotty Dog were the first two food businesses in Dyukovskyi park in summer 2022. Each format tested how a place could support a repeatable daily service.
