Small businesses that put a wider park concept into use.
Сад and Hotty Dog were the first two businesses trading in Dyukovskyi Park during summer 2022. They introduced hospitality and everyday use while the wider regeneration programme remained at different stages.
The distinction matters: the operating venues were real openings, while the broader park design should not be read as a completed masterplan.
