A park that supports everyday life

The regeneration programme for Dyukovskyi park joined heritage, biodiversity, the water system, recreation, education and commercial uses. The protected park area recorded in the regional ecological passport was approximately 26.7 ha.

I separated activities requiring public subsidy from those capable of earning revenue, bringing the operating businesses forward first. The park’s first two food businesses traded through the 2022 season.

The images distinguish the existing park and actual hospitality operations from the proposed promenade, pavilions and recreation spaces. The complete regeneration scheme is not presented as delivered.
