Construction delivery from coordinated engineering to finished spaces.
Sandrobud brought together construction, fit-out and building-services coordination. Its work translated operator and design requirements into practical delivery across hotels, restaurants, commercial interiors and other building types.
I defined the company’s product and organisation and led its commercial development. Later work included delivery of the Yourz Bistro opening through my companies.
