At the developer’s request, I selected the restaurateur, structured the agreement and organised delivery through my companies. The work continued through the full cycle to opening.

This was functional development and technical delivery. It is not a claim that I owned or subsequently operated the restaurant. The photographs show the completed Yourz Bistro.
