Komarova creative education centre: proposed entrance and courtyard. Project architectural visualisation.

The programme brought performance, theatre, dance, music, recording, visual arts and workshop spaces into a three-storey civic building. The architectural schedule records 3,476.52 m² of gross building area.

Sandrobud was the general contractor under the municipal procurement contract. My remit was general contracting and project management, connecting design, subcontractors, cost controls, site execution and technical reporting.

The portfolio participation period is 2019–2021. The archive establishes the contract and delivery work; this record does not assert an unverified commissioning date.
