A city hotel, from design to delivery

I coordinated delivery and engineering interfaces for Hotel de Paris Odesa / MGallery, connecting the construction businesses, operator and interior designers.

Hotel de Paris Odesa / MGallery brought guest rooms, a restaurant, public spaces and a spa into one delivery programme. Responsibility covered the interface between the construction businesses, Accor’s operator team and Ana Moussinet / AMID’s interior design.

Mock-up rooms and operator reviews turned the guest experience into requirements for layouts, equipment, materials, lighting, service points and finishing work. The restaurant required removable breakfast components so that the same room could accommodate daytime service and evening events.

The completed hotel demonstrates delivery and engineering coordination. Architecture and interior design belong to the appointed design teams.
