A façade capability, built to repeat

I developed FES and Tech Facade as complementary businesses, each with its own technical product, team and commercial offer.

FES and Tech Facade developed complementary products: full-cycle façade delivery and specialist technical design. Each company had its own team, clients and commercial offer, while both could work together on complex packages.

Contracts could combine engineering, procurement, component production, logistics and installation, or provide technical design as a separate service to other contractors. The cumulative scope across the period exceeded 100,000 m².

Kuznechna was one of twelve finalists in Fundermax Ukraine’s Project of the Year 2019 and won its online audience vote. FES and Tech Facade delivered the project in partnership. This recognition concerns that project, not a general architectural authorship claim.
