Alanur Building
The management centre of an integrated development-delivery platform.
Alanur Building provided portfolio governance, project management and the interface between the investment group, design teams and delivery companies. I created the organisation and led its technical and commercial development.
The platform coordinated distinct residential, retail, hospitality, office and public-building programmes. Stroitel and Eco-Fasad provided complementary construction and envelope capability; their company roles are presented separately.
