The initial project brought the new delivery organisation into operation. Its construction and close-out formed the prototype for the parallel sites that followed.

My contribution was technical and portfolio leadership through Alanur Building, with PE Stroitel and Eco-Fasad providing specialised delivery capability. Design authorship remained with the project architects.
