The organisation behind the portfolio

I built the delivery capability needed to manage multiple property projects, from development definition and design through construction and commissioning.

An investment group entering property development needed the capability to run several sites and asset types at once. The response was a delivery platform joining development definition, design, permits, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Alanur Building carried project management, portfolio control and general contracting. Stroitel provided structural and general construction capability. Eco-Fasad connected façade design, engineering and delivery. A common project-management centre maintained the portfolio view of scope, time, cost, quality and risk.

A consolidated snapshot dated 19 August 2013 recorded 779,706 m² of programme area, 7,494 apartments and 2,788 parking spaces. These figures describe delivered, active and development-stage work together; they are not completed construction totals.
