Hotel, restaurant, fitness and spa requirements coordinated within a common delivery system.
KADORR Hotel Resort & Spa formed part of the hospitality work delivered through the development platform I built and led. Technical leadership connected design, procurement and construction interfaces.
The retained record brings restaurant technology, electrical loads, water supply, fitness, pools, design information and contractor proposals into one coordination process.
The site project manager and specialist contractors carried their respective execution responsibilities. My role was leadership of the technical and delivery platform.
