Owner responsibility, at every interface

Rodnye Berega was developed as a project of my own. The retained 2013 record covers design, refurbishment, procurement, building services, FF&E and construction delivery.

Kitchen-equipment choices had to meet electrical services and ductwork already installed. Furniture, finishes, sanitaryware, doors, linen and lighting each carried their own approval, production and supply dependencies.

I connected owner decisions with expenditure, technical choices and the delivery sequence. The image is an interior visualisation, not a completed-interior photograph.
