A construction business built to carry concurrent site commitments.
I founded and led Stroitel to provide structural concrete and general building works. The leadership remit covered project acquisition, contracts, teams, delivery and commercial performance.
Within the development platform, the company worked alongside Alanur Building’s project-management function and Eco-Fasad’s envelope capability. Their complementary scopes allowed structural delivery, design interfaces and portfolio control to be coordinated.
