Delivering an emergency hospital
A healthcare project carried through a demanding construction and commissioning programme.
I coordinated the emergency-hospital project within the delivery platform, bringing together building works and engineering interfaces.
The emergency-hospital project extended the delivery platform into healthcare. The scope connected structural delivery, engineering systems, façade works and the external environment.
Dated schedules and execution records establish the active construction programme. We built and commissioned the hospital. Technical quantities in the working schedules are not presented here as certified as-built measurements.
