I managed delivery of the Berth 16 reconstruction at Odesa Commercial Sea Port.

Berth 16 at Odesa Commercial Sea Port was reconstructed and handed over two months ahead of the contractual schedule. The retained event record documents the formal completion ceremony on 4 August 2010.

The leadership mandate combined programme control, engineering coordination, procurement and subcontractor interfaces, site production and executive-documentation handover.

This work sat within a wider marine portfolio led through the CTO and Head of Project Portfolio role at Chernomorgidrostroy and the Founder & CEO role at Stroitel. The delivery achievement is presented within that joint portfolio context.
