A marine programme taken into execution

The Berth 10 programme at Yuzhny combined operational-basin dredging, land formation, sheet-pile and steel-pile works, anchoring, reinforced concrete, utilities and upper works.

I led technical and portfolio governance across the execution framework. Production programmes, equipment reports, executed-work records and commercial schedules supported delivery control.

The project entered implementation but stopped during execution following changes in the country’s domestic political environment. Programme quantities are not presented as delivered quantities.
