The delivery logic behind a winning bid

I worked on the technical and tender preparation for the Berths 7–8–9 programme at Illichivsk.

The Berths 7–8–9 programme at Illichivsk combined hydraulic reconstruction, steel and sheet piles, anchoring, reinforced concrete, drainage, utilities, power and communications.

The organisations carried the technical, estimating, commercial and construction-planning logic needed to compete for the mandate. The competitive tender was secured.

Site implementation did not commence following changes in the country’s domestic political environment. The result is a tender and preconstruction mandate, not completed works.
