A delivery function built from the ground up

I created and led the Construction Project Management Department within an owner and developer organisation. The remit established reporting lines, project stages, decision gates and one interface to designers, authorities, consultants and contractors.

The department carried projects from feasibility through design, approvals and procurement. A premium showroom reached opening; a mixed-use scheme reached an accepted tender package; a historic-centre development reached sale after concept development.

The common result was a management function capable of carrying different projects to a clear decision. The three outcomes remain distinct throughout this portfolio.
