Clinker and porcelain on a residential façade
Detailed engineering and combined wet and ventilated façade work.
The Rybalskyi scope covered working documentation and a façade combining clinker tile, porcelain stoneware and rendered areas across four sections. Individual fixing details connected the architectural intent to buildable installation sequences.
My contribution sits at company and delivery leadership level. Architectural authorship remains with the appointed project designers; the record identifies the engineering and construction scope undertaken by the businesses.
