From constraints to a sale-ready concept
Existing attic space and new office-commercial infill coordinated as one mandate.
The historic-centre scheme combined reconstruction of attic premises with connected new office-commercial infill. The work required an integrated view of feasibility, design, heritage constraints and permitting.
I set the owner-side governance and supervised the appointed project manager. The concept and its project record were advanced to the point of sale.
The development was sold after concept development and was not delivered under this mandate.
