City Lofts Chodov is GARTAL’s residential development at Litochlebské náměstí in Prague 4. The scheme combines loft apartments and upper-floor residences within a distinctive sculpted building envelope.

I introduced the investor to the developer and undertook investor-side project control. The remit connects construction progress, budget and schedule through technical reporting, giving the investor a structured view of delivery and the decisions ahead.

GARTAL is the developer. My role is investor introduction and project control, rather than architectural design or general contracting. The developer’s September 2026 public information places the project under construction, with completion targeted for the first quarter of 2028.
