The staged masterplan near Odesa Airport set out a total programme of 52,885 m². Its first phase, 12,584 m², advanced to accepted tender documentation.

I led the owner-side governance, integrated international and local design teams, managed the approvals interface and directed the first-phase tender.

The 2008 financial crisis halted the development after tender preparation. The project was not built.
