I include the City Center developments in my construction-business portfolio, with the company scope distinguished from the work of the wider project teams.

The retained construction-company portfolio documents the City Center developments in Odesa: a 28,000 m² centre in 2013 and a 28,500 m² centre in 2014. The programme combines retail, entertainment and supporting services.

This record presents the businesses’ construction portfolio. It does not attribute the architecture, every contractor package or the wider historical experience of partner firms personally to me.
